Helen is qualified as a medical herbalist and toxicologist. She secured BSc degrees at Newcastle and UEL universities, which included comprehensive medical training in disciplines from physiology to pharmacology.

 

Hundreds of hours of hands-on clinical experience have developed the expertise to safely diagnose and treat patients using medicinal plants. Helen now works full time for herself as a medical herbalist, specialising in metabolic and stress-related disorders.

 

She owns UK-based practice Plant Medicine UK, which runs clinics in Peterborough, Thrapston and Oundle. As a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, Helen is regulated and approved by this professional body and always upholds the highest standards of healthcare.
